  • The Challenge: The account had spent through its learning phase without finding efficiency — a deeper audit revealed the real problem wasn't targeting or creative, it was delivery: one campaign had been paused before it ever spent, and a second was live but not delivering at all.
  • The Audit & Relaunch Plan: Pulled a 30-day campaign-level breakdown and found the headline CPL (AU$103.87) was being driven by a tiny, statistically unreliable sample of 2 leads, not a structural offer problem; found one campaign showing Paused with AU$0 spend — switched off before the learning phase could complete; found a second campaign showing Active but with zero delivery — a sign of a budget, audience, or ad-approval bottleneck; next step is resolving the delivery blocker, restarting both campaigns with a clean two-week minimum runway, and re-pulling the data before this goes back on the site.
